"How long must one take these to see results?" is one of the questions we are asked most. Here is a plain guide to taking APLGO lozenges properly, the timing for each popular product, and honest expectations.
How APLGO Lozenges Work Differently
APLGO products are small, sugar-free lozenges (sometimes called "drops" or "sweets"). Instead of swallowing a capsule, you let the lozenge dissolve slowly in your mouth. APLGO calls this its Acumullit SA delivery method.
The Basic Method
Place one lozenge in your mouth, on or under the tongue.
Let it dissolve slowly. Do not chew it or swallow it whole.
Avoid eating or drinking while it dissolves.
Follow the timing for your specific product (below) and the directions on the packaging.
Timing for the Most Popular Products
NRM: 1 lozenge before each main meal, up to 3 times a day.
GRW: 1 to 2 lozenges, 2 to 3 times a day, away from meals.
SLD: 1 lozenge 2 to 3 times a day.
STP: 1 lozenge as needed, up to 3 to 4 times a day, often after activity.
GTS: 1 in the morning and 1 in the early afternoon.
RLX: 1 about 30 minutes before bed, or during a stressful moment in the day.

How Long Before You Notice Anything?
The honest answer: it depends on the person, and nobody can promise you a fixed timeline. Supplements are not medicines, and bodies respond differently.
What we can tell you is how people typically use them:
Many people use GRW consistently for at least 30 days.
Many people use SLD consistently for 60 to 90 days.
Products like RLX and STP are often used around specific moments, such as bedtime or after activity.
Be wary of anyone who promises big results from "just one box". Consistency, together with healthy habits, is what matters.
Habits That Help
Take them at the same times each day so you do not forget. A reminder on your phone helps.
Pair them with the basics: water, sleep, movement and balanced meals.
Keep a simple note of how you feel each week, so you can judge honestly after a month.
Safety First
Speak to your healthcare practitioner before starting any supplement if you:
Take chronic medication, especially for diabetes, blood pressure, sleep or mood
Are pregnant or breastfeeding
Are buying for a child
Never stop or reduce prescribed medication in favour of a supplement. If you manage a condition such as diabetes, keep monitoring as your doctor advises.
